Kevin D. Fitzpatrick, Jr.

A member of the firm since 2005, Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oglethorpe University in 1978 and a J.D. from the Emory University School of Law in 1982. In 2011, Spring Hill College awarded Kevin a Certificate of Ecclesial Ministry. From 1982 to 1986, Kevin served as in-house counsel for the Communications Workers of America (CWA) District 3. During this time he represented the union in 10 Southeastern states and participated in contract negotiations between CWA and BellSouth.
After leaving CWA, Kevin spent 16 years as a staff attorney and negotiator for the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), the nation’s largest pilots’ union. While at ALPA, he provided strategic guidance and led bargaining efforts with major and regional airlines, including Delta Air Lines. He has extensive experience in FAA Enforcement actions and NTSB aircraft accident investigations. He is a frequent speaker at CLE conferences. Kevin is a member of the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association and the Railway Labor Act Committee of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
Mr. Fitzpatrick serves on the Board of Trustees of Oglethorpe University and the Carter Center Board of Counselors. He is a past President of the Saint Thomas More Society of Atlanta and has also served as Chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. He is active in the Kairos Prison Ministry.
